The legs of our power bases can be adjusted to several custom heights without extra tools or accessories required. Simply add or remove segments to achieve your desired height.
All Ease® and Ergo® bases ship with standard 12" stackable legs (four 3" segments each). Ergo Extend® models include segmented 9" legs. For a taller height, you can purchase additional Stackable Legs that are compatible with any model.
Ergo® Extend has a minimum height of 8" (all 3" segments removed); all other base models have a minimum height of 4".

The Sleeptracker-AI® sleep coach in the app generates a personal sleep rating each night (for up to two individual sleepers).
The app tracks improvement over time and offers easy-to-implement, personal sleep tips based on an analysis of individual sleep patterns. The advice is always informed by your personal sleep behavior.
Your sleep coach may react to something that worked well like hitting your sleep goal or a high percentage of deep sleep. You will get tips that have the potential to raise your sleep quality rating in the coming nights.

Yes, you and your partner will each have unique Sleeptracker-AI® accounts that monitor and store sleep data.
During the app setup, you will be asked to specify which side of the bed you sleep on, allowing the system to distinguish you from your partner.
If you switch sides of the bed, simply update this information in the app at Menu > My Sleeptracker-AI® Monitor > Bed & Sleeper Setup > Change Your Side of Bed.
Generally, the Sleeptracker-AI® sensors are designed to ignore pets at the foot of the bed and should not affect your heart rate or respiratory rate data, but if the pet gets up and move during the night, it could affect the recorded data.
Select Menu -> My Smart Bed -> Smart Bed Details and ensure that you have “Yes” selected for “Are pets allowed on your smart bed?”
We use an in-home delivery service to deliver these products. Once you place your order, they will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery is typically within a few weeks from the day you placed your order, with metro areas usually faster than rural areas. When they deliver your new bed, they will set it up in your bedroom and remove the packing materials. They will even remove your old mattress and box spring, unless you ask them not to.
*TEMPUR-Cloud® ships via UPS Ground and does not include in-home set-up or mattress removal services.
We have found that the power bases fit inside most modern bed frames. However, they may not fit inside antique bed frames or other non-standard frames. We recommend you measure the inside of the bed frame and compare to the measurements below to be sure the power base will fit.
Our power bases support up to 650 lbs. each (Twin, Twin Long, Double, Queen, and Split/Dual CA King bases).
All power bases will structurally support the recommended weight distributed evenly across the head and foot sections. Power base products are not designed to support or lift this amount of weight in the head or foot sections alone.
